Gordon's policy u-turn on cluster bombs

The Guardian is reporting this morning that the UK government is about to sign the international treaty that is being negotiated in Dublin to ban cluster munitions. Gordon Brown’s policy u-turn is long overdue and one I welcome. Cluster bombs remain immoral but what we now need to see is their removal from US bases in the UK.
